Joe and I finally booked our church for the ceremony and hotel for the reception. Our ceremony will be held at the San Agustin Church in Intramuros Manila. I read it is considered the oldest colonial church in philippines. I just hope it'll still be standing when its time for my wedding....heheheh...just kidding. I do think that the church has an amazing interior design, well atleast from the picturs I've seen in the internet. I also love the lights they put during the holiday season.

As for our reception, it will be at the Manila Diamond Hotel. Finding the venue for our reception was quite difficult and frustrating. It took us about 3 weeks and half or more to research the venues that looked good and have a reasonable prize. At first, my aunt yassi suggested that if we wanted a garden wedding, we should try Fernwood Garden. I was delighted to find that they have a website for me to browse and great pictures to look on for just an idea of what my wedding would look like. I really did like what I saw and actually did contact them for a price quote on their wedding packages. Anyhow, to make a long story short, it was way too far from manila and joe including my parents didnt like the idea of our guest driving that far and driving home so late at night. I was actually glad that we didnt choose to have it there or at the fully booked Coconut Palace. I cant believe that that place was already fully booked since last year.

Anyway, joe and I would not have done it without the help of my cousin, Malou, which is why she is my Maid of Honor. She and my brother Rob is doing all the leg work for us.
